Privacy Notice under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK)

This notice is given under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to people in Türkiye who sign up for or use Fourdeck. It is an information notice: you do not need to accept it, and no consent is requested through it. The full details of our processing are in the Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact: name, email address, profile picture (if you add one or sign in with Google or Microsoft).
- Account security: a hashed password, sign-in records, IP address, browser and device information, error logs.
- Customer transactions: workspaces, connected social channels (with encrypted access tokens), posts, media, schedules, inbox comments and messages, analytics figures.
- Subscription and payment: plan and subscription status. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We do not rely on your consent for the purposes above. Where a purpose would need your explicit consent, we ask for it separately and you can refuse or withdraw it without losing access to Fourdeck.
4. How the Data Is Collected
Data is collected electronically: from the forms you fill in (sign-up, profile, support), from your use of the service, from the social platforms you connect through their official APIs, and from our payment and security providers.
5. Recipients and Transfers Abroad
We use service providers for hosting, database, file storage, queueing, email, payments, monitoring and bot protection; they are listed in section 6 of the Privacy Policy. They receive only the data needed for their task. When you connect a social platform, the content you choose to publish is sent to that platform. We may share data with authorities where the law requires it.
Because the controller and several providers are located outside Türkiye, your data is transferred abroad. These transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
Data is kept for as long as your account exists or as the law requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Periods per data type are in section 5 of the Privacy Policy; see also Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You can apply to us to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information if it has been processed;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly;
- know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad;
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and that the third parties it was transferred to be informed;
- request deletion or destruction where the reasons for processing no longer exist, and that the third parties be informed;
- object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Send your request, with your name and the email address of your account, to iletisim@fourdeck.com. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you think your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
